Our site is private, relaxing and very close to the beautiful Bay of Plenty beaches, lakes, bush and great cycle ways.
The glamping site has the following available for your enjoyment.

Our story
We have enjoyed many holidays camping and then caravanning. We still love spending a night under canvas. When we read about glamping we knew we had the spot and wanted to make a place where luxury camping could be enjoyed. It is designed for a romantic couples retreat. If you wish to come with another couple though or older children then we have the added option of the Gypsy Caravan.

Quite a few changes have happened since then but still the same great views and bath etc. - upgrades are comfy chairs, little deck beside tent, closing bamboo gates, swinging double chair by the brazier and the garden has grown heaps.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
We have enjoyed building and characterising our site. Lots of brainstorming and purchasing of items to upcycle. Our local friends have helped in many ways from materials to their expert trade and arts. making this a unique site.
We are off the grid, with solar and gas califont providing all your needs and an extra large chilly bin for your food and refreshments.
You will also enjoy the developing tropical garden surroundings and stunning rural view to the coast.
There is white water rafting, bike trail rides available, tramping, fishing (sea or lake), beaches, hot pools and more located 5-40 minutes drive from here. Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua and Whakatane are 30-40 minutes away. Pukehina Beach and Rotoehu Forest are 5 minutes away and 2 minutes to a fresh river swim and good fishing off the beach.
